Technology, like many other things, is a tool that can be used in many ways. It can be an efficient time wasting tool, as well as a great way to help people in myriads of ways.
There are quite a few technologies that are used by the character in today’s strip. For instance his cell phone can be used to text about LOL Cats, or it can be used as a microscope for low cost human disease diagnosis.
